Molly Jorgensen is so pumped you’re here and embarking on your journey with FLY and the NAAP model! This program is not just a program-it’s a life changer and has provided her (and many others) with profound shifts in perspective and the lens through which she views life. Life is more beautiful with FLY!
Why did you choose to begin FLY?
Molly chose FLY because when she listened to Lamont and McKelle share the NAAP model at her first Learn to Fly Event, she felt a shift. A bodily felt sense that bits and pieces of her personal knowledge needed to be attended to. Things she’d been hiding, suppressing, and allowing to cause her to feel bad physically, emotionally, and mentally. As she’s gone through the modules and is now a facilitator, she’s noticed she’s feeling better because her body is feeling freer and more released! The FLY program has taught her how to understand how her brain works and she’s breaking free from constricting perspectives she’s held for years!
Molly is a Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist (registered through ISMETA) and the founder/owner of MBody, Movement & Somatic Wellness. Her credentials and interests range from embodiment practice and well-being to yoga/fascial fitness, ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle and dance artistry. Learning the NAAP model through FLY has provided her with a ‘missing link’ in her understanding of neuroplasticity and a clearer understanding of how her brain functions in creating the whole of who she is.
While it’s not required if you choose to work with Molly, she loves to bring in her knowledge as a movement coach by inviting her clients to inhabit the FLY model through utilizing somatic movement practices to enhance the process. She would love to facilitate you on your FLY journey!
